“In the first half, don’t be naive. In the last half, don’t be a coward.” Only 26.2 miles to go 💚 Tried to save my legs for the full tomorrow, but still a bit sore. 22.4 miles down, 26.2 miles to go. Only 46% of the way done, meaning $397 left to go. That’s $15/hr. Anyway, that’s enough runners math. If I go to bed now, I can get up at midnight 🙃 9.3 miles = 19% done. Only 39.3 miles and $596 to go. I crossed the start line at 5:38am. The balloon ladies started at 6:03am. If they run 16min/mi until they finish 10k, what pace should I run to finish at the same time? Runners math 🙃 3.1 miles = 6% done = $47. Only 45.5 miles aka $689 to go. Runners’ math just makes sense 🙃 Rang in the new year with a short run…one more work day before Dopey trip begins 💎 Goodbye 2025 ✌️ Grateful to be heading into year 6 as a @bocogear ambassador in 2026. Six years of miles, sweat, community, and showing up exactly as I am. Still running, still learning, still proudly repping gear that keeps up with every adventure ahead. 🏃‍♀️✨ Honored to continue into year 5 as a @stillirun ambassador in 2026. This past year came with real challenges — physically, mentally, and emotionally — and running wasn’t about performance, but about showing up, processing, and finding steadiness again.
